Why?
Establishing a completely fresh, new means of communication between travel agencies and customers is the strategic way to strengthen brick-and-mortar sales. Our aim is to successfully position our travel agencies in the customers’ minds – before, during and after their holiday. Their unique selling point of “personal consulting and sales” is worth being broadcast to the world. That’s why we started the “Ask your travel agency” campaign, which includes an “Ask your travel agency” shop, a special catalogue tailored for travel agencies (the Magalog), an online listing and joint trade fair appearances.
